Well... this is news. To those of you who care, anyway. SHR joins Ford in 2017, with engines by Roush Yates. Assuming no lineup changes, this includes the #41 of Kurt Busch, the #4 of Kevin Harvick, the #10 of Danica Patrick and the #14 of Clint Bowyer.

Yeah, so far it doesn’t really make sense. They had a great run, but it might be nice to have a field that is less entirely saturated with Chevys.

But I did say ...”Down the road...”
Ford’s not ready for F1 right now.
But Ford dominated F1 before, and they are developing the EcoBoost for the GT for Endurance racing...
And shouldn’t an American team use American power?
